KidKraft® Wooden Toys

As Sr. Creative Lead for each of these dollhouse and wooden toys, my role was the over all mood, full illustrations, 3D render images, assist in prototype mock-up, all fabric pattern making for sewing, all textile pattern decorations, and color call out product art specs to be handed off to production. I worked closely with the SR. ID Designer, Engineers, and Production management teams to assure each item fit the vision of play.

My In-house illustration and design work at Kidkraft spanned over 12 years.

In those years I'v worked on a number of products ranging from dollhouses, toys, textiles and furniture. I also did marketing ads, trade show displays, and packaging. At times I traveled all over the world with Kidkraft in search of new trends, visiting places like New York, Amsterdam, and Germany. These are only but a few examples of my work in design and illustration at KidKraft.

Structure and mood were predetermined by the Kidkraft Art Director. My task was Color and, illustration; Adobe Illustrator. Art applied in production with a silk screen process. I did full illustration and art separation for silk screen production.
