Westlake Academy Gallery Night
Artist in residence.
I was invited to the Westlake Academy to guide the 3rd-grade class in creating a one-of-a-kind art skateboard. The final masterpiece was auctioned off at a later evening Gallery Night.
The product was a fun hit with the class. Each student took special care and pride in their role in the creation. It was a self-esteem builder for many, myself included.
